Services

Garage Scholars offers decluttering, organization, home gym installation, and resale services in the Denver Metro area. Quotes are free and come with no obligation. Service agreements begin only upon booking confirmation.

Quotes & Photos

Customers must provide accurate information and own-property photos when requesting a quote. We use submitted photos solely to assess the scope of work and prepare your estimate. Photos are stored securely for this purpose.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate team adjustments.

On-Site Work

Garage Scholars is not responsible for items that are already damaged. We recommend removing high-value or sentimental items before your appointment. Our team always confirms before removing anything that hasn't been approved.

Resale Services

For Graduate and Doctorate packages that include Resale Concierge, profits from resales are split 50/50 between you and Garage Scholars. You approve all listings before they go live. Unsold items are donated, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion after the agreed-upon listing period.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the agreed-upon scope of work, we will come back to make it right — free of charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in Denver County courts.
